If convenient to you, we will meet with you to explain and sign the documentation but if you are buying a property and cannot attend the office we will prepare a full written report for you to read through at your leisure.
The department has a good rapport with local estate agents and lenders, essential in ensuring that your sale, purchase or remortgage proceeds as smoothly as possible. We also have a direct link to the Land Registry to enable us to obtain immediate access to property titles and search facilities.
